This document may change at any time for any reason (or lack thereof). You may or may not be notified, so please check this page regularly. It was last updated on Sept. 29th, 2025, at around 7:27 PM, eastern time (EST or EDT depending on which one it was when it was updated). Generally, if you purchase an entitlement to the donator rank (referred to as "donating" however it is not actually), you agree to it (any changes will apply retroactively). While this document isn't meant to be concerning and it is generally not intended to actually be used in court (hence why it is not very professionally written), you still have the option to cease your agreement, but this typically means that you forfeit the donator rank. Just because any part of this document is invalid should not invalidate the rest of it.

Don't consider this a donation, but rather, purchasing an entitlement to the Donator rank in-game for a price of 5 USD or more. The rank is granted manually. Additionally, I (the owner, or Akira) am not required to give you a refund, and may choose not to do so for any reason. If you request a refund because you have been punished for breaking the rules then I absolutely will not give you a refund. I am not required to continue hosting the server (the "serber"), and may cease to do so at any time. Additionally, I am not required to ensure that you still have access to the serber; in fact, I (or another in-game admin or moderator) may revoke it for any reason (in the past, I have only ever done this in the case of a rule violation).

I may change the perks of the donator rank at any time.

If I don't know your Minecraft: Java Edition profile name (your "username") when you purchase the entitlement, and you do not message me on the serber or on Discord to tell me, then I cannot give you the donator rank.

I remind you that content you put on the in-game serber is not private. This is because anyone can find a base you've made, and world downloads may be released for the end of each season. If you write something like a written book, do not assume that nobody will see it except for whom it was written for.
