Flarkwin City
Flarkwin City was a city location near spawn in season 6 of the AshleySerber. It was founded by CanonballYT, with many members of the serber interacting with the city at some point, due to it being close to spawn.

Beginnings
Around the late middle part of season 6, a member named KXRules created the first structure of what would be known to be Flarkwin City.
Along with KXRules, he was also joined by Sakurafxx, TheSnickerer, and ickle_rabbit as the first few members. Later on CanonballYT returned from a long time hiatus, being a largely active member in season 4 and 5. Artgroudon joined late as well, finding something to do in the city as a judge for court cases. Beetrolled was partly active in the city, helping out some of the other members including CanonballYT. He also made a loan office next to KXRules lawyer office. Teemuli and CWHere joined at the same time, though Teemuli did a lot more significantly with the city, including making a casino table, which was eventually griefed by Gbgo.
Courthouse
One of the most significant buildings in Flarkwin City was the Courthouse, which was well used multiple times. In one day, the courthouse was used as much as 4-5 times. This gave KXRules a very active job, as a laywer to many defendants, along with Artgroudon, as the judge. Convicted criminals in the courthouse were moved down below ground under the campfire area to a prison area with multiple cells. ShatteredWish14 had an idea to create a new courthouse, however dropped the idea when her shulker box of materials got stolen. Most people thought that Sins_Demise stole the shulker, but this is unknown.
Trials
Many of the trials are unknown at this point, but we do know that Kujoo, CanonballYT, and Beetrolled were all tried and convicted. They all served some time in the prison, though CanonballYT broke out with the help of Kujo. One of the most interesting trials was the Beetrolled trial, who successfully beat someone who was breaking the law. Said member accused Beetrolled of assault, despite him committing a crime. It was taken to court, with the accuser saying that he can't stop him from doing what he is doing, as he isn't a law enforcement officer. Beetrolled argued that it didn't matter if he was just a normal citizen, he was stopping a crime. The judge, Artgroudon sided against Beetrolled, sending him to prison.
Car Dealership
The Flarkwin City car dealership was created by CanonballYT, behind the courthouse. The "cars" were actually horses brought from the nearby plains, used to go on the black concrete roads in the city. CanonballYT got Beetrolled to help him find "cars", with him finding a few horses and donkeys to use. The cars were kept underground behind a redstone door, and a tunnel that connected to downtown Flarkwin City for the "cars" to get out from.
Beet's Loan Offices
Beet's Loan Offices was created by Beetrolled, that offered loans to players. It sat next to the courthouse and KXRules lawyer office. It only got one customer ever, CanonballYT, who wanted an elytra, so Beetrolled loaned him an elytra in exchange for some interest. He never got the interest back.
The Bank
The bank was created by KXRules (I think?). It was never really used, however it did store gold and had a few teller windows to deposit and withdraw gold.
The Fall of Flarkwin City
Flarkwin City's fall could be caused by one of two things. One being the degrading popularity of the serber at the end of season 6, so not many players wanted to contribute. Two being that CanonballYT, the founder of the city, was banned, which could have caused a disinterest among the community for the city. Either way, it stands as one of the few public cities on the AshleySerber that is well documented, with the other being St. Denis.
