Donator

Donator is a unique tag given to players who donate at least $5 USD to Akira's buymeacoffee. People who donate will get a custom Donator role in the Discord serber and the Minecraft serber. The rank (as well as custom colors) is given manually by Akira.

Before June 13th, 2025, donators only needed to donate at least $1 to receive the rank. However, to receive a custom color, they needed to donate at least $10. This was changed on the 13th so that donators would need to donate at least $5 to get the rank, but there was no longer a separate minimum donation for the custom color. Anyone who donated before that date, even if it's from when someone else could buy it for them or when there was no minimum donation at all, can keep the rank and may request a new color at any time, even if their donation was less than whatever the minimum was for custom colors at the time.

If a donator has not gotten their rank yet and they have donated $5 or more, then they can make a ticket to receive it on the Discord serber, or just messaging Akira. If they donated less than $5 but it was during a time where they had donated enough to receive it then they can also request it.

Perks

• /hat, a command that lets the player put items on their head
• Three player vaults which they can store items in, as opposed to just one
• Their chat messages will be white, as opposed to the default gray
• A custom rank color (gold by default), which they can have changed by Akira by request

Trivia

• LittleBear and VietBall did not donate any money, as CraftEevee350 donated for them so they could get the perks.
  • LittleBear would later donate $50 dollars on July 3rd, 2025.
  • As of June 6th, 2025, it is no longer possible to donate for other people with your money; the donator rank is now exclusive to those who donate. However, a deal may be negotiated to give another player VIP for a certain amount of time.
• Legally, a donator is "purchasing an entitlement for a price of 5 USD or more." This is because if it were only a donation, then it would be against Mojang's Usage Guidelines to give the donator the Donator rank because it gives them perks that only they can use.
• In the old serber, the donator role let you access an exclusive text channel that no one except for administrators and donators could access.
